Pluto TV is an over-the-top television service owned by Pluto Inc, through ViacomCBS. Pluto is a free advertiser-supported-on-demand service of programming to emulate the user interface to that of cable broadcasting. On January 22, 2019, ViacomCBS acquired Pluto TV. The changes allowed the company to add its flagship properties such as Nickelodeon to the catalog which happened on May 1, 2019. On January 21, 2021, Pluto TV is planned to be launched in France.
