Nickelodeon Productions is a television production and distribution company that produces/distributes television series for the TV network, Nickelodeon, that was founded in 1989. It was the only television production company of the Nickelodeon Networks family that handles production of series produced for Nickelodeon, TeenNick and related networks. It serves as the production company of live action programming produced for the network (and occasionally Paramount+). Nickelodeon Animation Studio programming is also credited as being produced by Nickelodeon Productions. It was formed in 1990. They have produced and distributed a mix of live action and animated programming.
